Norstar Restart almost Daily

We have a Norstar MICS that restarts almost daily.
The vendor has replaced the entire system thinking that it may have been a cabinet issue or card issue. This started with getting Alarm 75 and then the Norstar restarts.
Software release is 7.1
Has anyone seen this or run into this issue?

I would say power issue if everything was replaced.

is there anything consistent with the restart times? I had one customer that kept losing power same time every day and it was finally found that they lost power when the bartender in the bar turned the dimmer switch down on the behind the bar lights (on same circuit it appears) you might want to rent a power monitor and plug it into the same power outlet as the phone system and see if you can spot something there causing the problem. A UPS might help to stabilize power if that is the problem.

We have used an extension cord to try another outlet in a room around the corner. The vendor replaced all cards. We were upgraded the last time they replaced the system

A UPS is still your best bet to rule out a power issue.

An outlet in a different room can still be on the same circuit breaker.
