How can I use this in the office over the network?
I can use the VM 4.0 manager via the network..
but it looks like I can only console or dial into
the ICS with remote utilities..
thanks for your help.

No the remote utilities do not have a lan/network interface. I think the idea may have been to keep the phone system from the lan's to reduce hacking JerryReeve

If it is really important, then buy a cheap PC and keep it in phone room and use serial connection, then PCANywhere across the LAN.

As a side note, you can use this same machine as a jukebox for the music on hold. Keep a library of MP3's on it and then connect the line out to the music on hold port. Using WINAMP, you can cycle through a set of music and change it using the the PCAnywhere connection.
