Norstar Remote Utilities 11 Download (NRU11)

Anybody know where I can find the NRU11 download? Does that also include Nortel Voice Mail Manager? I keep coming across a link for it but it seems to be down. I'm hoping it will all run on Windows 7...

You need to be a vendor and get it from Avaya.com and it will not work on Win 7 unless SP mode software installed.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but Curlycord: how do you get your modem to work in Windows XP Virtual PC? Neither my internal or external modem respond from Hyperterminal or NRU.

I think you had to go to Settings at the top and set the physical port.....start a new thread on this if still an issue.

Thanks! I had missed the:

"Select Tools then Options.
Select a COM port that your modem uses and check off Physical serial port."

This caused my external modem to work but didn't enable the internal one. Will keep working on my COM settings.
