Norstar question

I have a Norstar with 4.1 software. My company is looking to use this as a backup system in our call center... I am assuming that I would want to use Hunt Groups or Incoming Line Groups to assist with call routing but am not sure what the functionality of Broadcast mode, If busy and Overflow... I do not have an administrator guide for this system as it was installed by a vendor a few years ago and they kept them. Does anyone have any idea where I can view or download programming guides for a Norstar with 4.1 software? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

might need to repost this on a norstar (key system forum) have you tried the nortel wed site, or google for norstar+keysystem. this is for pbx people and very few of us know both types of systems. i do program them but not often enough to help

Thanks John... I appreciate your feedback. Yes, I have checked on the Nortel site... the main problem is that the current release is 6.1 so finding docs on older releases is difficult... I'll check ebay as well... Thanks again.
