We have a Norstar plus with Modular ICS 4.0. We are having probl;ems with the system when we install the MICS XC firmware 4.1 the system will boot right up go into program mode but when we install the MICS-XC 7.1 firmware the lights only keep flashing and does not go into program mode. I have tried changing out the ICS Modular and ended up with the same symptoms, also have tryed a new version of 7.1 firmware and get the same symptoms with the 4.1 and 7.1 with the new case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
