Customer wants to expand and add new lines to eliminate busy signals during peak times. Also needs software for phones to talk to AS400 or Database.
Can a data dump be done to determine current abilities and or possibilities?
Is it time to upgrade since Avaya does not support the Norstar anymore? Customer uses about 45 lines, wants it to run like a call center. Also, how can I make more that one set show caller ID, without having to hit f811 all the time, first?
