Norstar-PLUS Modular ICS 3.0 How do I set up a group?

Okay, I am sorry If I sound like a total dimwit, but the company is being way cheap and won't fix our phone problems. I have been reading the manual and trying to get it set up correctly, but keep running into brick walls. I need help.

Currently, there are two of us who need to answer an incoming line. Let's call these phones A and B. There is a seperate phone we want to use only for voice mail from this incoming line, phone C. Right now, all three phones have the line set up to receive incoming. The problem with this is that if one of the phones is on this incoming line, the line is in use and therefore cannot receive any further calls. What we want is that if someone is on phone A and a another call comes in, it will ring to line B, and if both phones are busy it goes to the voice mail in phone C. To me it sounds pretty simple, but being a novice, this instruction booklet doesn't seem to say anything about it.

Anyone have any ideas?

If you only have 1 line that is the number of calls that a line can handle, The only way is to put 2 more lines in a hunt group and assign them into a incomming line group and put that on the phones.

Okay, so let me make sure I understand...

Since there is only one line, line 181, set up for the 800 number, only one person can answer it at a time. To add more, I would have to add more lines to that incoming line so that there are 2 (since really, there is only two of us) and send any others to voicemail. Now all I need to figure out is how to get it so both lines 181 and 182 are receiving incoming calls from the 800 line. *laugh* Well, at least I know which road to go down now.
