Norstar Phones

We have Norstar phones, mine rings when the receptionist's phone rings. I can't figure out how to stop it from ringing. Any suggestions?

go into programming, under terminals and sets, under line appearances...see if your phone is set up to appear and ring on the same lines as the cap.

You probable have a answer DN assigned to your phone for the recept. extension.

Press Feature*O and then the Key above your Intercom key...it will say on screen what that key does.
