Norstar Password reset

Have a customer who has changed their Nortel CICS password and forgotten it. The installer/programmer password has changed too. Is there a back door password that Nortel uses that I can use to gain access to our customers system.

As well you could install a fastrad then access the cics using NRU and you should be able to see the installer password as well.
