Norstar NT8B30XX (M7208) Display Problem 2

Hi All,

One of the Managers in HR has the above mentioned handset along with most others in the office. The problem she is reporting to me is her display reads 'Message For You' and when she checks her voicemail, there is nothing to review.

I have searched the web and this forum for an answer but unfortunately haven't found anything. Anyone out there know why this may happen, or point me in the right direction? I have looked for the manuals that would have accompanied the phone and we cannot find those as well. I am new to phone systems and telecom in general. Any help is greatly appreciated!

On the phone that has the "message for you" display: Press FEAT, #(POUND), 65. The phone should be hung up when entering code. That should cancel it.
