Norstar NT8B30XX (M7208) Display Problem

Hi All,

One of the Managers in HR has the above mentioned handset along with most others in the office. The problem she is reporting to me is her display reads 'Message For You' and when she checks her voicemail, there is nothing to review.

I have searched the web and this forum for an answer but unfortunately haven't found anything. Anyone out there know why this may happen, or point me in the right direction? I have looked for the manuals that would have accompanied the phone and we cannot find those as well. I am new to Meridian phone systems and telecom in general. Any help is greatly appreciated!

might need to post this in the norstar forum, this forum deals with meridian sl1's.. the pbx side of the house. very few of us work on both systems
