I have a NAM running the Infocus/Cinphony ACD is giving us some issues (running on OS/2). First the problem was that we were not getting the reports when they were scheduled to run. I went down to check on the old girl and found the keyboard connected to the NAM was non-responsive. So I later rebooted the NAM. Keyboard was working fine after this and calls could be processed. Infocus was still not displaying any data when trying to view the various queues and agents logged in. I waited until next morning and rebooted again. Now it appears to be running in DEMO Mode although agents can log in and all calls are being processed through the ACD as they should. Infocus is still not working properly and I cannot manage the ACD as I have a screen with the options to Activate, Deactivate, Execute, Off-Line, Return, or Shutdown. The only options I can scroll to are Deactivate or Return. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed on this?

Thanks for posting in forums.

I dont know the ACD side very well but sounds like hard drive issue or possibly OS Warp or the ACD software.

Do a CHKSDSK to see if Hard Drive has errors for starters.

I chose the option to Deactivate which then allowed me to Activate. Now Call Processing works, Infocus is sending agent/group data for viewing, & I can make config changes if needed. The only issue now is I am getting a message displaying "There is a problem with the printer. Check to OS/2 Desktop for more information." I am not sure why this is showing. We have never had a printer on the system. Anyone with ideas on this?

I am going to get started on taking this old girl out of commission. She has been loyal but the time has come. [bigsmile]
