I have did **938378 and removed all inactive codes and rebooted system and nam. still get inactive on all codes 903-981-983-ect.also when calling vm-ext get not in service. norstar mics

it could be 7a. I didn't look real close. I did the removal of all inactive codes wed. and it worked fine for the rest of the day. the next morning customer could not access voicemail. all codes inactive again. I haven't been back to do any changes yet.
yes it is 7a with only one beep. I tried a different nam removed all inactive codes and rebooted. still all codes inactive. This has a fiber connection and I tried a different port. nothing changed
I took over this account when prier tech went out of business. on cover of nam says vm ext is 285. when I test dn 258 and check state it says unequipped
Sounds like bad drive or corrupt drive, cant find the boot file....when this happens it keeps trying.
Suggest to take both NAM in for a repair/test in lab.
