I have a copper NAM that after 90 days or so is starting to lock out the mailbox users, seems to be locking them out one by one day by day. Any info? Hard Drive problem?

probably you have passwod change forced every 90 days ...

You have to use Norstar Manager and a PC to logi in the NAM and go to COS and change the password Expire days to 0 (Zero)
this will give you no password expire
