norstar nam 4.04c delayed messages

nam 4.04c delayed messages being sent out over a day late. message arrives 5.00pm monday delivered next day. random on different extentions.some people reporting delayed messages based on message envelope.
norstar mics 4.1 xc with 4.04c voicemail

thread799-297142 is another thread on this subject. One should note the date on this. Late message notification is enough of a problem to be known. But if you consider that I scaned every post title from now back to June 22/02 and this is the only one I found this isn't much of a problem. Either people havn't had problems with this or they havn't posted them. This probably dosn't bring much comfort to you and your current problem.
Nortel has recently released 4.1 software for the nam. only time will tell whether late message notify will be solved with it's release.

Need more information here...How many applications do you have running on this Nam? Is there any OPM Notification?
How many people have Vm in this unit active? Have all people set up there Mailboxes by recording names in directory and then recording a message to greeting? Vendor or Customer?

How many ports on this system? was system brought in New out of box initially? Was the MICS XC 4.1 the original software initially installed with this system with no prevoiuos upgrades? T1? PRI? ANALOG TRK CARDS?
