How do I set a mail box password to never expire on a Norstar NAM. I know you need to set it to zero but I have forgotten how to do it.

it is one of the parameters under class of service
there are a few posts about this - pls search the forum

Create a new modem connection (don't detect my modem). You'll need a 9pin on one end and 25 pin on the other with a null modem attached.

You'll log in with access2nam and 1020000, 10020000, 120000, etc. for the pswd.

Hope this helps it's been a long time since I did this. This will let you in to modify COS.

4.0 should have a nic card if yes default ip address is 192.168.110.10 or 11 or 12 ..with vm manager "free at nortels website with nru 10" just use crossover cable and change in cos...change to 0
