Norstar Module Alarm call

Could some one advise me with an issue that I have on the above system. The problem is that I have changed an handset but when the new handset came live all the button functions were lost. I need to reprogram a button on a T7316 handset to set an alarm for a room in a hotel.

Well first what software is this?, And are you talking about a feature under "hospitality services"? Have you tried "Set Copy"?
