I'm attempting to locate information on how to setup Norstar Minuet ACD feature that is suppose to come with all Norstar Moicemail systems. Can anyone help me to locate this information?

The Minuet manual is 172 pages long. I have it in hard copy not soft - sorry. The manual is very well written and you can do a basic setup straight from it. I don't know if the manual is available on line but here is the Cintech customer support number.

i was under the impression that the acd only ships w/ the nam? does it also ship w/ the flash? i was told it is an option on the flash.

The Flash ACD and Minuet ACD are two *very* different products. Don't be confused, the Minuet is much more limited (in my opinion) than the Flash ACD.
Going from a Flash ACD system to a Minuet is actually a downgrade (as I just found out recently)...
