Norstar MICS with Call Pilot 150 1

When you call any of the 12 C O lines on the MICS. After 5 rings, the call pilot answers saying something like " the mailbox you called has not been initialized " I do not have AA set up on any of the CO lines at this time. What am I doing wrong ? Thank you for your help ahead of time.

You have a phone set to ring on incoming calls, and it has call forward to voicemail on, and the mbox is not initialized.

It should be 4 rings and if you want the gen mailbox to answer before the other mailboxes the rings need to be higher then the phone with the gen MB.
