We have a problem at our office in that we are unable to dial an 800# due to the requirement it needs 10 digits sent from our PBX. We are able to dial other 800#s and local and long distance. We received this from Telepacific:
The 8205 RD location is not sending a full 10 digit number to the TFN, which is why their calls are failing.

Some Toll Fre Numbers need to see the full 10 digit calling from number to complete the call.

Is there a way to do this with the MICs? The MICs software is 4.1.

Thanks for all help!

Thank you. I will make sure this is looked at.
