Norstar Mics Pri equipped question 2

Is it possible to use a supervisor station w/a mics 7.1 pri equipped to run as a call monitor and is it possible to transfer incoming calls from the pri to a cell phone or other outside number?

You can only supervise hunt groups and yes you can transfer calls to cell phones.

How do you setup a transfer when on the pri you only have appearances of the same line?

Transfer, 9, then the number.
Assuming 9 is the access code.

You'll have to allow redirect for the extensions you want to be able to do this, too. Under Terminals & Sets/ Capabilities.
