My customer had a power surge and since then haven’t been able to dial out from their
System. They can receive calls but when they dial out, it will ring the other party (with the correct caller ID) but when the the other ends picks up the call drops and this message appears on the phone “msg&state incomp”. I checked all the settings on the PRI and they are correct.
