I just moved a customer to an IP Office (500v2, running 9.1).
Previous system was a Norstar MICS using Call Pilot 10/100 for Voicemail. The customer is "in love" with their old Auto Attendant greeting and I am onsite trying to gain access to that recording, with no success.
Here is what I have tried thus far:
-dialed Feature 983 to access the AA menu; entered Greeting number 1 and pressed play, but nothing was heard
-launched web browser to log onto default Call Pilot IP address (192.168.110.10), static-addressed my PC to 110.9; could not access
-made ethernet/T1 crossover cable to access Call Pilot directly on ethernet port, no luck
Any thoughts? Even if I can just listen to the recording and type out a transcript, that would be awesome.
Thanks in advance.
