Norstar MICS 7.1 with PRI, client wants different messages for different system tenants...

Good morning all,

I have a medical facility client using MICS 7.1 and Call Pilot with a single PRI serving 3 total tenants. The client wants to have different "On Hold Messages" for each of the tenants.

Is there a physical or virtual solution that would allow them to have different "hold messages" for each tenant?

My gut says "ACD" or a 'T-1 pass-through' distribution device?

Any ideas?

The system itself only allows 1 music source so yes you would need to see if the carrier or another 3rd party offers an off site acd to which you can program a couple buttons to login and out with their codes.
