Customer wants to set up Call Center Basic for 4 - 8 agents. Has CP150. 1. Can the system provide estimated wait times for callers? 2. Is there any outboard ACD I should consider - the customer wants good reports. Thanks!
Yes, the CP150 Call Center does support Expected Wait Times. As for reports, it's pretty limited, although if the customer has good knowledge of MySQL, then they can generate their own reports. You will however need to get the MySQL database passwords and table structure from Nortel and they are stingy on it.
