On all levels of software through 5.0, the Norstar required you to put the first call on hold to see the Caller ID info on the second call into the Caller ID Phone. Can you tell me if the 6.0 now pops up the caller info on the Display when the person is on another phone line? PRI/DID/1FB Trunks?

Not while you are on another call, but you can put a FEATURE 811 button on the set. While on the first call, a second call comes in, hit your F811 button. You can display it that way without interupting your first call.
