Over the weekend a Norstar MICS 032 4.1 software crashed so we installed a MICS with 6.1 software.
The customer has a T1 not a PRI so I have 12-channels incoming set as WINK-Start DID and 12-channels outgoing set as WINK-Start, E&M lines and that works fine.
However, the NAM Applications Module is routing all calls to the main AA instead of allowing the DID calls to goto the associated ext.
Example, Line 157 rings ext 8300 and is set to prime 8300 (x8300 is port 101) this works just fine, but any other DID lines example line 158 rings to ext 8301 and is set to prime to 8301 but after 4-rings it goes to the AA instead of the individual voicemail boxes.
I seem to remember a patch for the NAM but I think that was for AA transfer that would disconnects calls.
I have re-booted both the NAM and the MICS but same thing happens.
DRT to prime is OFF
AA picks up after 5-rings
CFNA set to 4-rings on all ext
transfer callback set to 12 rings.
I double checked all the lines to make sure that they only ring to the associated ext number and are also primed to that set.
Any thoughts is appreciated?!?!
