Hi All

Question: Can I setup 2 DN's on a 7324 phone set and have them both accesible from an outside caller? The reason being is we have an ext at our front desk and this is setup as ext 599 (or 0 for Operator) However, the reception person also sits there and needs her own personal extension number. Any ideas?

You can set up a Hunt Group and asign her to it with a hunt group key. Then you can give out the hunt group number as her extension. I belive you need to be running at least 4.0 software for hunt groups.

Thnx for the idea. It just dawned on me...I might be able to setup an Ans DN to appear on the Reception phone set and assign this DN to her in a voicemail box. Sound doable??
