What is the default USERID and Passwrd for Norstar Manager?

Is this even the software I am needing to use to program my CICS system using a laptop then upload to the unit?

Do I also use this to connect to remote systems using a RAD?

The software used to program the CICS or MICS is th NRU (Norstar Remote Utilities).

When I was first connecting through a RAD using NRU, I had to set the password, as my system didn't have one defined. You can get to that using F9**. Don't know if that'll help ya, but it sure saved me...
