Norstar Manager v 3.5 on XP disconnects!

We currently have MICS XL 1.0. When using the Norstar Manager 3.5 while programming, it sporadically disconnects the session. Am I doing something different?? I havent been able to find any documentation on the software. Can anyone help?? Thanks!

To use Norstar manager on XP you will need the 3.7 version.
