Norstar Manager v 3.5 worked fine on Win 95. I now have Win 98 on a new PC and when I start it up I get a white error box saying "Wnorsmgr, An error has occurred in your program......" and I can click on ignore and continue. If I click on close it gives me another box saying "WNORSMGR caused a divide error in module WNORSMGR.EXE at and a bunch of numbers.

Anyone have an idea of what the problem is?
Thanks,
Joe

Do you have other applications running in the background? Especially anything using the same com port.
You might be low on memory when you are launching it.

Nothing else running.
I did find out that it will go ahead and run the program if I select Ignore but if I hang up and try another call it will lock up the computer. Maybe something not releasing the Com port. I have requested our computer techs help.......
Thanks,
Joe
