Norstar Manager 3.5

I am having an issue with my Norstar manager. I tried to move the software to a new pc. Once I got the manager installed I get the message that Wnormg error and it gives you a choice... ignore and continue or close the app. I choose the ignore and keep on trucking. Once in and I have connected to a Rad offsite. I try to a to do a voice mail programming (feature 983)the vm programming says "session inactive", so I hit feature 983 to make the changes I want and it disconnects the entire session. the text box says" error SQL interface Online connection lost/ Terminating current session.
I inputted the information for the different sites exactly as they appeared in the old pc. Any suggests?

Move or reinstall on new PC? what is the OS on the PC?
See if there is a DB folder that contained you site, thats the only thing that should be copied.

If the new PC has Windows XP or later then you need Norstar Manager 3.7. I can only leave the link up for a short while. Let me know when you have the download

The pc is a win 98. Will the 3.7 work in xp or would I need to stay on the win 98?

I got the download. As I said inthe earlier post, I am using NM 3.5 on a win 98 pc. Will this version work in XP or will I need to stay on the win 98. I use NRU 11 for my new phone systems. Would prefer the XP but, hey, beggers cant be choosers. Thank you for the help!

3.7 works with XP. I haven't tried it on Win98.

I am getting "Unable to create name pipe: code 123" error.
What does this mean and how to do I fix it.

I figured it out. I need to change the compatiblity for win nt instead of win 98.
