Norstar M7310 Voicemail Button 2

I have an attendant set which the voicemail button no longer works. She said she didn't do anything, (of course). She just came in yesterday and she can no longer retrieve messages on her phone.

I've never had a problem like this before. Can the phone buttons be reprogrammed remotely with Norstar Programming Tools?

Is it a Norstar voicemail?

You can give her these instructions:

Press Feature * 3
Press Button in question
Press Feature 981
Screen should say PROGRAMMED

Now press the Voicemail button. See what happens.

Yes it can. But at site at phone press feature *3 press VM button then press feature 981. This programs the button.

Actually you cannot program voice mail feature codes with NRU, peeving.
