Even after reading a closed thread (

on the topic, I am at a loss about Line Redirection on this phone.

My original problem was "denied in admin." So, after much help from my manual, I discovered how to change my admin setting to say line redirect was Y. Then I ended my session. Now, when I view my settings for my line, it tells me I am enabled for line redirection.

However, when I actually press Feature 84, it still tells me "denied in admin."

I am going in circles. Can anyone assist?

Supervision must be enabled in line programming for the lines that will be used for line redirect.

You can also forward the phone but that will forward internal calls too.F 4
