*Is it possible to have a voice msg instead of music when on hold? We just moved and it would be a great way to get the new number out to everyone, right now the old number is forwarding calls to the new number.

*I was wondering if anyone has a programers guide & a users guide-that can be emailed? If so please send to:

Messages on hold would be a play device or continuous tape/firmware chip CD ROM etc that connects to the MOH port and takes the place of the present MOH. If you have a CICS or Voice Mail you may put that announcement on the AA and let that answer the lines with this announcement before routing.
