NORSTAR - ISDN STE - USING GETS CARD

We have an ISDN STE on the NORSTAR PBX.
We tried using a GETS card and it kept prompting for the password even though it was entered and would not connect the call. Said "your call cannot be completed right now please try again"

However when using the GETS card from the digital phone or the analog STE it worked just fine.

I was told that it could be something with the DTMF from the NORSTAR.

But why would the analog STE and digital line work with the GETS card?

try using feature 808 (long tones) vs the short tones that the system will outpulse when you punch buttons after call connection.
