I went on a service call today expecting to find an Opt.11 installed in this small hotel/motel. What I found was a Norstar MICS and 2 0x16 station modules. Hotel is approx 5 years old, equipped with 6.1 software. Of course, there was no documentation on site. I was able to to assist Manager with how to perform basic operations such as transfer of calls, leave messages, transfer to VM etc.
Does the MICS and CP150 have special software ? Where can I get basic training material for the hotel/motel operations. There are lots more questions comming my way in the next week as I try to help the manager, so any help provided is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance, RBT

The only thing I have ever seen is on page 181 of the MCIS 7.0
System Coordinators Guide. The sections not long but a lot of information.
