NORSTAR HELP

I have a norstar with PRI signalling to ATT switch. It is set up with Custom/NI-1 protocol. I cannot dial out local using 7 digits. It will only work 10 digits. I have heard that you cannot have NI-1 signalling on the Norstar, and that it only supports NI-2. Can anyone confirm this.

Did you get your problem fixed. It is actually very easy.

NI2 YES

Change 7 Digit to 10 digit dialing under dialing plan/pub dn length/ prfx default..
