norstar gateway with bcm

sorry for my english. I have a norstar gateway with bcm 200, I am using the norstar gateway in order to turn trunk IP to 4 analogues set. I have incoming calls from bcm, but i haven´t outgoing calls from norstar, within norstar gateway if there is communication in the four channels, some idea?

please help me
