Norstar flash

I'v put in a few of these and never had this problem.
I have a 2 Ch. flash, with 2 pots lines. AA is turned on and working. The problem is when anybody is on a call on line 1, any incoming calls (line 1 is CFB to line 2) are going straight to the mailbox of whoever is on the phone. System is set to answer on 3 rings. The 2nd call is ringing 1 time and being dumped into the user of line's mailbox. Any Ideas??

Update.. its on a 8x24 dr5. any ideas or help would be great>

The Forward On Busy setting in Capabilities should always be set to None on all phones that answer business lines unless its is a private line.

Admin/Capa/SetAbilt/XXX/CallForwardBusy/ change to NONE

Your ringing phones are Call Forwarded busy to voice mail. Ringing phones should only be call forward no answer.

OK, Thanks guys. Now for my dumb ?, whats happens to the calls when the phone is busy?

The call will ring the set and then follow the Call Forward No Answer setting.
