Norstar Flash

I have a Norstar flash that has CCR tree's.
I can't get the company directory for spelling to work in a CCR tree. When I press # it says bye and hangs up.
Example: CCR tree 1

The company directory can be accessed in the main greeting.
If I press # I end up in the spelling directory like I should.
It works there just fine so I know its active.
I checked in feature 983, pressed 4, then pressed next DIR avail is set to yes.

Any suggestions???

Not sure of any trickery for that.

Does it not work while listening to the Path 0 Greeting?
I wouldn't expect it to work for any other path.

You may have to record your greeting starting under grtg 1. Hello you have reached abc comp. if you know your parties ext.. etc if you'd like to use our comp. dir. press #.

Then start your home/menu path 0 recording, for sales press 1 and so one. This is how I always do it. Good Luck
