Is it possible to manipulate the COS on a Flash VoiceMail? We are needing to extend message time on individual user's mailboxes. Thanks in advance.....

Yes you need a RS232 Serial Cable, 9600, 8, None, 1 using procom. Hook up to the com port on your computer. I am going off memory I believe the password is sysmgr.
