I have a modular ICS with 6.0 software, and a flash 4 voice mail. I have an auto attendant with a CCR tree that gives people options to call out to cell phones. Press 1 for Jons cell phone 2 for ... and so on. I have out dial set to use pool 1. When I program the ICS I have pool A, B C ect as choices, when I set up out dial in the flash I have pool 1,2,3 ect as choices, does pool 1 in the flash = pool A in the ICS?

I ask this because the setup works if someone dials the main line and presses a number, it goes out line 4 and connects to the cell phone. The trouble is when someone calls in on line 4 by replying to their caller ID or something, and presses a choice, they get an error saying something like no lines set up for this service. This happens even if line 4 is the only one in use, so there are still 3 lines available in pool A.

Any thoughts?

Pool 1 in startalk is Pool A in system. Check that line 4 is programed correctly in the AA. If it does answer it should work just like lines 1-3.
The no line set up for this service sounds like when you press a selection in the CCR for outdial and its not set up right.Make sure that all the CCR selections dialing out to Cells are set up for pool 1 and not line 1,2,3 or 4.

Thanks guys, I will look at these things, I wont be to the location until Friday.
