Norstar Fiber NAM 4.0: To get serial number Feature 915 says its an inactive feature

Hi,

I have a Norstar Fiber NAM VERSION 4.0
It is working fine.

I want to upgrade the number of ports.
I follow the upgrade guide to check the number of ports and serial number.
Feature 915

Admin
Next until you see
I. Serial Number - Press Show OR Channel Status

When I press Feature 915 it says it is an inactive feature.
How can I activate Feature 915 to check these 2 items?
Please help,

It's not always 915 so keep trying the next in line, F916, F917, F918 until it works.

I believe it could also be a little before Feature 915.. F910 to F949 until you get the password prompt

You can also try F**XFTEST, log in with the KSU's config password then search for feature codes that are active. Write all of the active codes down, some you'll recognize like F980, 981, 983 etc. Try using any active code that you don't recognize and one of them will be the F915 equivalent.
