Norstar Equivelant to Meridian IDC Tables

I have a customer who currently uses IDC tables in 2 of their Option 11s. The customer leases suites to different companies and uses a central receptionist to answer the calls. Basically they use the IDC tables so that the client's DIDs ring to the attendant during the day and at night ring directly to the client's phone. They are opening a new and smaller location and I would like to quote them a norstar and an Opt 11, but I do not know if the Norstar will be able to function the same way as the Opt 11 (use of the IDC tables etc.). Anyone have any ideas?
