Norstar E&M/DISA Trunk Wiring

I'm pretty familiar with the Norstar line of key systems and I'm (very) vaguely familiar with E&M and DISA trunking. My problem is... I can't remember exactly how it wires up.

T1/R1
E/SG
M/SB

I would like to use it in an E&M configuration in one location/application and in a Direct Inward System Access in a different location, so an understanding of what I should terminate at each pair would be very helpful.
