I have norstar Dr5 that we aquuired. I am trying to change the CCR and AA greetings when enter *833 is says disable CCR ans So I go to do a F*832 or F*831 and I get denied in admin. So i log on as the installer and I can not find how to enable thos features so as to change the greetings any help ?????

So you have a Compact ICS perhaps? That is the only thing that has CCR/ AA built into it.

Go into system programming. Feature * * 266344 password: 266344
Terminals & Sets - Press the lower right button that has lit up on your phone until you see
System Programming - PRess the upper right button that has lit up on your phone.
Change DNs - Press the lower right button until you see
Auto Attendant - Press the upper right button
Auto Attend: Off. - Change to ON

I'm getting the same "Denied in Admin" problem, but on the Auto Attend:Off screen, what do I press to activate it?
