Norstar DR5 - Restricted Call

Hi there!

I am getting a message each time I try to dial a long distance number on all of our phones at church, except for the main phone. Does anyone here know how to fix this?

I know how to get into the Administration part of the system.

Post this on the Norstar board. Anyway you have a filter that is restricting all the phones by the main one. To prevent toll fraud. Change the filter assigned to a set that you want to open for long distance
