Norstar doesn't support NFAS

The Norstar MICS supports 2 PRI's but only if they look, smell, and feel like independent PRI's. Each PRI has to have it's own D channel. This will come up when the same carrier is installing 2 PRI's at the same time. They will want to configure them to have a primary D and a backup D. This is called NFAS. Norstar can't support it as of MICS 5.0 S/W
