This concerns the Norstar CTA that attaches to a computer giving telephone integration with the computer. The CTA software does not seem to be compatible with Windows XP. When installing the Productivity suite it fails the installation. I am not sure of the following information but I heard that TSP 4.2 is needed.
The TSP (TAPI Service Provider) is Nortel Networks software installed on the client PC if you are operating TAPI applications. More systems run Windows XP and so more failures on attaching CTA devices should be seen. I'm hoping someone would share the fix. Any help would be appreciated.
